Belzona coating system applied to two large chillers for a University in Cambridge. The application was performed at the rigger's yard prior to the installation.

Two-cell BAC cooling tower rebuild. Replaced the fill, the hot water basins, and coated the cold water basins.

Single cell BAC cooling tower rebuild over Memorial Day Weekend. Replace the fill, fill area casing panels, extensive patching to the cold water basin, and Belzona coating to the cold water basin.

We replaced three rooftop Marley cooling towers with Evapco AT towers.

We replaced this existing BAC fluid cooler, with an exact duplicate from BAC. We included new BAC vibration rails, and all new victaulic piping, fully insulated.

The towers originally had only stainless steel cold water basins. We replaced the galvanized steel hot water basins with stainless steel, replaced the fill, and replaced all the casing panels with stainless steel. All on 6 cells of Marley cooling tower.

Field erected Marley tower with splash fill. The splash fill had fallen down due to rotten and broken supports, and ice damage. As an emergency repair, we removed one side of the fallen splash fill, and replaced it with new wooden supports, and Brentwood film fill. We altered the hot water basin to account for the different fill by blocking off certain nozzle locations and adding more in other locations.
